TESTIMONIALS

“You have been such a light and positive influence on me over the past four years. You are an
amazing vocal teacher but SO much more. Whether I needed a laugh or shoulder to cry on, you
have always been there for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We are obviously going to
stay in touch but this card represents a fraction of how thankful I am for your impact on my life.
I am so sad to not see you in person every week anymore but am so excited to watch you effect
other students’ lives the same way you did mine.” Austin Phillips

Dr. Harrison has helped me unlock areas of my voice that I never knew were possible. One thing
that instantly inspired me about her is that she never stops learning. She is constantly attending
workshops on the most recent vocal pedagogy to share with her students. She comes to us with
years of wisdom but also the most recent studies and techniques. Most importantly, Dr. Harrison
had challenged my artistic abilities all while cultivating the most nurturing studio.” Melaina Rairamo

Dr. Harrison,
“It has been such a privilege to be your student this year. I have grown so much working with
you and so appreciate the time that you have taken to meet, help, & talk with me. You have so
many wonderful ideas and it is my sincerest wish that you find all of the support needed to
bring them to life. My time in your studio has meant the world to me this year, and I hope that
you know that your investment & support of me won’t go forgotten.” Carter McPherson

“Dr. Harrison is a truly wonderful voice teacher. Not only had she given me a wealth of
knowledge and helped greatly in improving my vocal technique, she also cares deeply about her
students. I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with her and am a better singer and person
because of it.” Caroline Game

“Thank you so much for another wonderful semester! The past four months haven’t been
without their challenges and roadblocks, and I cannot thank you enough for your patience, your
kindness, and your grace in dealing with me through them. I’ve learned a lot this semester about
how to ask the right questions of myself and of my professors in terms of growing and
understanding my own vocal instrument in a healthy and sustainable manner, and that is an
invaluable skill that I’ll take with me long after I leave here. Thank you so much for sharing your
gift and your passion, I cannot tell you how much it’s appreciated.” Emily Haynes
